Religions of Peace

According to the Yesha Rabbinical Council there is "no such term as 'innocents' of the enemy" speaking in response to the Kfar Qanna incident. Now most intelligent people know that the Yesha Rabbinical Council does not represent Judaism as a whole, but if we were to use Charles Johnson's logic of guilt by religion the headline above would make sense. Of course it doesn't, but that just proves the intellectual dishonesty of Johsnon's work.

The Yesha Rabbinical Council announced in response to an IDF attack in Kfar Qanna that "according to Jewish law, during a time of battle and war, there is no such term as 'innocents' of the enemy."

All of the discussions on Christian morality are weakening the spirit of the army and the nation and are costing us in the blood of our soldiers and civilians," the statement said.

The religion of Mose`s is all about killing any and every one that belongs to a different belief system. As a criminal gang in a barren and remote area they built this into their belief system. They teach these stories to their children. Its sad because they are unconscious themselves as to what they are doing. Brainwashing their own children. No mercy is shown by the Yahweh god. He orders any of different cult persuasion to be murdered. Why.? They have different gods. Am I making this up.? No. Look in the Bible. The Christians believe in this Yahweh god also. They claim that the Yahweh god will take over all the earth after it is destroyed by the different players. How do you think this makes the other cult believers of the other groups think.? Probably that they are dealing with a dangerous group of deranged lunatics. Of course they have their own brand of pointless beliefs. ------ How does it end.? Very badly. Hate mongers on both side will see to that. Belief is the culprit.

As a way of achieving global peace through commonality we must reform all of the moralistic religions to subservient positions before the Alter of Mammon.

Quite right, unaha - if we all go about buying the same clothes as Britney and Clooney, and slavishly imitate our corporate masters, then we will know the happiness that only Toyota/Coca-Cola/McDonald's "Happy meals" can dispense.

I think that the idea that 'there are no innocents in wartime' would be a pretty good summation of the thinking of terrorists, Usama and Zarqawi would agree. I'm glad that the fanatics are in consensus, now can we work on transferring control of the military to civilians who don't think in terms of "bringing on Armageddon"? Please...

Welcome Darwud,
Even though your choosing of some gaudier aspects of the litany perturbs my own taste it is good to see you are progressing towards higher understanding. Happiness indeed should be pursued. Remember Mammon asks only that you consider your personal well being and the well being of your offspring when you consider your choice of religion, where to live and what to drive.
