Why we have to moderate comments

To prevent stuff like this from happening here (again).

And here's a question for you lizards who are trying your very best to have this site as well as Matthew Yglesias' blog shut down:

Why should someone who spends a large proportion of his waking hours bashing the media, the Democratic Party, and other blogs be completely exempt from criticism himself? Quis, in other words, custodiet ipsos bloody custodes?

Your site is interesting. It is also quite disturbing. As a fan of LGF I certainly don't consider myself a Nazi. But your obsession and apparent hatred of Charles Johnson (for his political views) causes me to wonder how long it will be before the left has concentration camps for conservatives.

Let's see, Pelosi is third in line right? That means we could be just two assasinations from a new Soviet state where Mr. Johnsons Mindcrimes can be dealt with as they should be!

I'm not sure I understand this post... after visiting the link at Matthew Yglesias it seems he is complaining that he ...wait for it... received comments from people of another political pursuasion!

What a disaster! We can't actually have discussions with 'our enemies' now can we? Let diplomacy work dude!

Hi there.

I work at Google and when things get slow here many of use love to surf LGF. It's really a great site that has a lot of fans at Google...

Only a foolish knee-jerk reactionary would consider it racist. Thats why most people find this charge ridiculous - except for maybe rabid left wing moonbats and childish fools like the one that runs this lame blog.

How much more obsessed with blogs can you people get? Honestly! Go outside! Breathe some fresh air! Lighten up!

OK, I just asked the impossible, seeing as this is a "watch site". But STILL!

Funny how these people who support LGF complain about hate from other sites and bloggers when LGF is the Nr1 hate mongering blog going at the moment! But of course you already knew that (or if you didn't you're simply in denial).

It's hate that keeps LGF going, it's disgust at privative human stupidity that keeps this place going.

She's got to be kidding. I hope her supervisor at Google is monitoring her website usage. Perhaps we should let Eric Schmidt know that he has employees who have enough free time on their hands that they can afford to surf right wing hate sites on Google's dime. And that she admits this publicly. Maybe it's a hoax or is she just stupid??

Don't wilt under the LGF pressure. You're doing a great job monitoring one of the nastiest sites out there.

Coming from the lizardoids that's quite a statement. Brave internet warriors fighting the war from mom's basement!

lobbey_dosser, cokane,

Sarcastic? Me? Never.

Actually, I read a great deal of hate writings from the left. It may not be too long before blood is spilled. I can well imagine Chris Hedges leading a pogrom to purge the land of the evil right wing christo-fascists.

The hatred is palpable. http://www.alternet.org/story/50366/

I'm the head rocket scientist at NASA and also work as a consultant brain surgeon at weekends at the local hospital. When things get slow here I also love to surf LGF.

There are a lot of space cadets here at NASA that are fans of LGF and many brain damaged patients that I've operated on too!

Theres was a point to this post but cant remember what it was.

I can't help noticing that the only person on this thread who is fantasizing about violence is... you.
