WASHINGTON (Reuters) - An international organization representing police chiefs has broadened its policy for the use of deadly force by telling officers to shoot suspected suicide bombers in the head, The Washington Post reported on Thursday.
I hope by 'suspected' they mean people who are likely to be suicide bombers. Not Brazilian electricians, with light summer jackets, no backpacks, day passes for the tube, who've travelled all the way accross London, who have not acted in a suspicious manner, who happened to come out of an apartment block (not 'an' apartment) that was being monitored by Police and who are running for the train.
