Charles takes the racist bait

Take a look at this Mark Steyn piece which Charles links to approvingly, and ask yourself whether all his talk of 'primitives', 'depraved swamps', 'natives' and 'depravity' can't essentially be summed up as: "The Katrina aftermath is the fault of blacks. Afro-Americans are savages."

Once again CJ shows his true colors.
