Please send us your name (or pseudonym), an email address we can contact you on (anonymous addresses are fine) and a one-line explanation of why you were banned.

You guys definately want to track down ......rayra.

THAT would be interesting.

I have a question: Why is LGF registration only open fitfully on weekend afternoons Pacific Time? Were there no many anti-LGFers making a nuisance of themselves? Was too much embarrassing truth finding its way into the discussions?

Anonymous said...

The rayra who writes (further down on those comment you link):

The cretinous Left is too far gone, KNOWS everything in on the table for them, they are ‘all in’. As are their pals in the Jihad.

Yeah, very interesting! What was he banned from LGF for? Being too moderate?

V said...

Well, there's at least one other instance of someone being banned from LGF for being too inflammatory -- namely, the former poster known as "bigel," whose schtick involves regular predictions of nuclear Armageddon -- which always seems to be about two months away -- and enthusiastic advocacy of the "Samson option," i.e. the annihilation of all major European cities by Israeli nuclear weapons.

Apparently that was too much, even for Charles.

Are you sure you actually real LGF?

I've been smart mouthed pretty seriously at the DU, but LGF is pretty tolerant of commentary.

I think there were no many anti-lgf'ers sometimes because it was open fitfully. Pacific time can be a nuisance as we all know(further down on those comment you link). "The Cretinous Left is Too Far Gone"? Who wrote that song?

Thank you.

Why do you care so much about LGF? Do you own thing, make your own way, and maybe you'll start getting a few hits.

Typical of a lefty -- just tear down, criticize and obstruct -- never offering anything in the way of construction. Build something, throw out an idea, take a stand, (by the way, not liking LGF is not a stand -- more like a childish obsession). Stand for something and see who stands with you. That is the way it is done. Charles has done that and has many standing with him. 2975 visitors on-line right now -- 8 ET on a Sunday night, with almost 100K hits today. How many do you have? Oh, haven't has to purchase that page counter yet?

By the way -- what is YOUR NAME? You like to post pictures of Charles and call him out by name, who are you? Like I said stand for something -- then maybe you will be something. WormTongue -- yeah, that's the ticket. We'll call you wormtongue.

I'm actually a little sorry that Charles linked to your sorry, wormy, little blog.

Enjoy you 15 minutes of LGF induced fame. You'll be distant memory by morning.

Steven, "embarrassing truth" is what LGF is all about. Nobody gets banned for bringing a link to an "embarrassing truth".

People get banned for (in no particular order) ad hominem attacks; foul-mouth; racist assertions or racist rants; sexist or other hateful spew;
AND
in a very few cases, one or two posts was sufficient for banning, but otherwise the banned (trolls) were required to establish a pattern of arguing off-point, flinging poo, spewing hatred and generally making a nuisance of themselves.

"embarrassing truth" was what Charles and the participants at LGF posted for the world to see when they publicly dissected the Dan Rather/Mary Mapes "False but Accurate" Texas ANG "documents"...

So where do you go when this lame ass stalker site is banned. Marcotteville?

If you don't like the site, Don't go there. Grow up for god's sake you big friggin baby!

I'm a racist: I despise white, stupid, moonbat-like people. Enjoy your life, one more post for you to delete...

Good grief! A site dedicated to "watching" LGF! What's the matter, can't you just read it? If you only want to hear yourselves, there are plenty of sites dedicated to that.

I want to make sure that I understand correctly. I read the tag line at the top of your site that says you are keeping your eye on the racists at LGF. I am a fairly regular poster there (Mormon Doc) and was wondering if you think that the term racist is applicable to all of the "regulars" at LGF. Just wondering. Thanks.

Crissy said...

Yeah, I was banned be being Jewish. Charles called me a filthy Zionist occupier.

Anonymous said...

I was banned for being a liberal moron and ignoring the growing threat to Western Civilization from the "Religion of Peace", also known as Islam.

Anonymous said...

I haven't been banned, I just can't find an open registration time because that site is so popular! As a feminist and general leftie, I'm pretty keen to join LGF (as I already have Jihadwatch), because these sites represent my interests: I don't want to live under sharia law, and nor do my (many) gay friends. I hope LGFwatch begins to realise that islamism is not in the interests of women, children, non-muslims, gays, liberals - heck, anyone who isn't a strict muslim!

Anonymous said...

Racist? I haven't seen the lgf posts critizing anyone on the basis of their race.

If you're referring to comments about The Religion of Peace as practiced by some extremists who all too often claim to be "moderates," skip the inflammatory false accusations of racism.

Islam good or bad is a religion, not a race. There's NO equivalence between faulting of someone for choosing to follow a pro-violence irrational ideology and faulting someone for being born from a particular gene pool.

Anonymous said...

You really need to make a DiggWatch, Digg's admins are more racist than LGF as hard as that is to believe.

Anonymous said...

You should rename your site:

GREEN WITH ENVY

You're one to talk. Why don't you allow unmoderated comments? LGF limits signup to keep numbers manageable. You moderate comments to keep everything sounding like they agree with you. Which is why you won't print this one. Can you spell H Y P O C R I T E?

Oops! I think I just stepped in a barking moonbat nest.

I've never been banned by LGF...of course I can never get into registration on the periodic openings.

I have, however, been banned TWICE by Huffington Post, which, by my own accounting, is the antithesis of LGF. Being an extremely liberal site as HuffPo is, it's odd to see the "free speechers" banning folks for posting nothing more malignant than "I don't agree, here's my evidence, please reply."

I have sent five emails at different times to HuffPo for clarification and explanation as to what credo I violated with no response.

I realize you're monitoring LGF for some odd reason, but the nutjobs at HuffPo and their iFascistState merits some serious exposure as nothing more than an uber-liberal circle jerk where dissenting opinions are not welcome.

My screen names on HuffPo that are now verboten: Cosmo and CosmoAgain. Shame on me for thinking for myself.

Awesome comment, especially as one of the last ones of 25 that are nearly all LGF members bashing LGFWatch. Hilarious.

Keep up the good work LGFWatch! The growing fascism in this nation is something that needs to be broadcast and put in front of the eyes of everybody so that it doesn't grow too big with the ignorant eyes turned for too long.

LGF is probably the most disgusting political site I've ever witnessed on the internet, bar none.

I have been banned several times from the Daily Kos; does that count?

Wow. Looks like LGFwatch is getting under the skin of Johnson's Janissaries.

LGFers - have you looked at yourselves in the mirror lately? There is no debate on LFG! Just a stream of anti-Muslim guffaws, many of which are completely tasteless. LGF is on-line gang whose "dear leader" mistakenly believes he is some kind of intellectual force. So why doesn't he challenge Robert Fisk to a debate? Or is it just easier to invent laboured epithets like "idiotarian" (tee hee) and take your talking points from AIPAC and the American Enterprise Prostitutes (there! I've come up with my own devastatingly witty play on words. Remove Johnson from your plinth and put me there instead).

Debate, you see, is about exchange of ideas. I see none on LGF.

Hi there,

I was banned by LGF. Here is my account of it:

Let's see...

I first got kicked off LGF around 2003? sometime (this was waaaaaay before registration).

I then came back on under another name and was promptly kicked-off again.

This went on for awhile.

Then Chuckles blocked all AOL users (including yours truly) from posting at LGF at all.

I lost interest for a few months, came back, and saw that LGF enacted registration (AOL users welcome!!1!).

So I signed-up, chose a SN, posted my opinions, and was promptly kicked off again.

At this point Chuckles blocked my IP addy entirely. I couldn't even log onto his site.

Anonymizers took care of that.

Days turned into weeks, weeks into months blah blah and I'm back registered at LGF thanks to my spanking new unblocked ISP.

I haven't commented yet. I'm biding my time...waiting for our big win in Iraq. I want to be around for the huge celebration.

*ululation* *glottal click*

Chuckles' list of banned IPs currently stretches from his compound (sign on the fence: "no muzzies aloud!" [sic]) to China.

Rayra got banned? That guy makes Johnson look like a paradigm of intellectual honesty and mental balance.

I've posted comments at LGF for years and have never been banned.

I have been banned 3 times by HuffingtonPost though....Once for saying that "Araina has nice tits for an old broad".

It was a compliment for Pete's sake.

This site is a joke. LGF is one of the best sites to see what is happening in the sandbox. The crazies over there make for some great entertainment. I have learned alot from LGF, as well as Jihadwatch, Dhimmiwatch and Jawa Report. They are cutting edge.

I'm a liberal democrat who reads LGF and I gotta be honest with you guys, I just don't get what your huge problem with them is. I get it, you hate Bush, etc. But being a republican really shouldn't rile you up that much. To my knowledge I haven't seen them post anything about Islam that isn't true. I don't agree with their concept of equating evil in the Koran with evil in Islam. That is to say, the Bible has just as much stomach turning stuff, the idea is to understand what is acceptable in this age. But I understand the annoyance they feel at the constant repetition of the slogan "Islam is a religion of peace." As opposed to what? A religion of war? All religions are "religions of peace." The point is it seems that no public figures in the world of Islam can simply denounce evil without equivocating. When Israel does something bad in the territories, I can say, "that was wrong." without bringing up how a suicide bombing might have triggered it. Whereas we can't find any instances of, say CAIR, just saying "killing innocent women and kids in a Tel Aviv pizzeria is just plain wrong." without adding that it was somehow Israel's fault, or ours, for causing it. Or why not a statement from them saying that the fact that the vast majority of women in Egypt are genitally mutilated as young girls is hideous? Not to mention the fact that US media doesn't even bother mentioning the near daily attacks on Buddhists by Islamists in Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philipines. That is pure and clear whitewashing to avoid confronting frightening truths. Like, for instance, calling the Israel/Palestine conflict a "genocide," (far from the truth) and not lifting a finger to help the Sudanese people, who are true victims of a hideous genocide. Again, to be clear, I have no problem with Islam, Muslims, Arabs, Persians, Turks, North African Muslims, Bedouins, Druze, Balkan Muslims, etc. NO PROBLEMS. I encourage them to follow their religion and the enjoy the freedom to do so. But honestly, can we all just skip the PC pandering and say that we find female genital mutilation to be just plain wrong? Can we not be afraid to say honor killings are unacceptable? Can we say the policy of Dhimmitude in Arab/North African countries is tantamount to slavery and apartheid? LGF does that with no fear, and for that I applaud them and I find this site's existence to be a little confusing.

It's very simple. The problem is that LGF is immensely biassed. When was the last time CJ posted anything critical of Israel? Are the Israelis angels?

I've been banned from the official Democratic blog during the kerfufull over the Republican from FA who was texting young men. Also they couldn't find an American Service persons' pic to put in a story about American Military personnel, and had to use a Canadians' pic. (guess that's what happens when you flee N. of the border)

Search on: GreeenMountainBoy and see if I said anything false, inflammatory or disrespectful. That is if my posts went down the same 'memory hole' you use.

So, Dave, how many people who are commenting are aware of the fact that you were a regular poster on LGF whilst running this cesspool?

When Charles found out, he promptly banned you. You are a pathetic POS, and for all of the Jews who are lucky enough to post on LGF, the best friend of Israel and the Jews on the internet? You are a shanda..

Still posting on DL, or did they ban you, too?

As long as the criticism of Israel ignores the goal of Hamas, Al Aksa Martyrs Brigade, and Palestine Islamic Jihad to completely obliterate Israel, there will be a need for LGF.
