According to the BBC, US-led troops in Iraq are going to get 'ethical' training in the wake of the Haditha massacre.
For the next 30 days, they will receive lessons in "core warrior values", a military statement said.
Correspondents say Haditha, where US marines are suspected of massacring up to 24 Iraqi civilians, could have a huge effect on US public opinion.
So what's the training? Don't execute civilian men, women and children in cold blood because it effects public opinion!?!
How about lesson one being.....
1. Don't execute civilian men, women and children in cold blood because it's WRONG!
How about that for a 'core warrior value'?

NEWS FLASH. TRANSCRIPT OF "ETHICAL BRIEFING" OBTAINED. BRIEFER IS "UNIDENTIFIED OFFICIAL FROM DI NEGROPONTE.
Wanna talk about ethics. What they call ethical shit, ya know? You seen about wet-work in Haditha and those boys gonna fry. So here's the lesson, you do some freaky shit, don't get caught. Frag the scene and then burn it down. Any kind of cameras, cellphone cameras, dv cameras, frag that and then burn it. Look, we had stuff going in Nicaragua that never, ever came out. And here's the thing. If it does get out, big problem for you. Bigger problem for the Decider. And that hurts all of us.
