Six-word Joke

The Sphinx has gone through some of the pathetic suggestions at LGF for what America's motto should be. Here's a selection. Remember, this is what the combined intelligence of the lizard hordes came up with when asked to describe how they feel about their country:

"#21 sharmuta:
"America- we subsidize your sorry asses."

"#23 mitthrawnurdo
"Better than the French every day."

#36 usbeast
"Find a better country, brainless a**hole"

#48 pat
"More Tanks, More Guns, More Fun"

#78 snapped shot
"Even When We Lose, We Win"

#83 ak47pundit
"Always Saving Europe From German Invasion"

#168 maddogg
"We are Americans! And you ain't!"

#189 maddogg
"America rules, while jealous Euroweenies drool."

#203 Sizzlack
"Employing half of Mexico since forever"

#212 MacDuff
"We Rock, You Suck, Any Questions?"

#213 saberry0530
"WE ARE AMERICA! U ARE NOT!"

#265 Palandine
"Nothing to fear but fear itself."

#325 billhedrick
"our crap is better than you"

....and so endlessly on for 1,700+ comments. Uplifting and dignified, isn't it?

As uncreative as some of these are, I still would choose them for a motto over the Sphinx's wish:

DEATH TO AMERICA!

Ooops...sorry for the repeat there moderator.

I didn't get the "review for moderator approval" thingy the first time so I typed it again.

The Sphinx said...

LMAO, you just topped yourself this time Tex. I guess you'll be telling me next that I'm from Mars.

The Sphinx:

I believe you that you view yourself as a peaceful, non-antisemite, moderate person. Try to take an objective, outside look at yourself, though. You'll see the hate-filled vile antisemite the rest of us see.

This has nothing to do with being for or against LGF, by the way. I find the extremism of LGFers and the hypocrisy of Charles to be repulsive. But you're just as bad. In fact, you remind me quite a lot of Charles (we should all view you as moderate because you said so, and ignore all the extremism and hate you actually spew around).

Stvip,

Damn straight. Make that two of us realizing that.

Many posting here are gullible enough to buy off on the good will and not recognize the duplicity of thought.

Sorry Sphinx...some of us aren't buying it.

Who knows me as a person better, you or I?

Alright, this time I really will stop getting into discussions like this. If you feel I'm such a raging maniac, head to my blog and empty all your anger there. You will be proven wrong, but I guess that's a lesson you can only learn the hard way.
This site is about LGF exposure, and neither about me, nor about whether I'm scum or not. Carry on rambling if you like. I'll just sit here and smile.

The most screamingly funny thing about that thread is the fact that quite a few lizards can't count to six.

While we're at it, how about some six-word slogans for LGF? E.g.:

We Are Fearless -- EEK! A Muslim!

Charles Quit His Job For This

Democrats Are Silly, Undignified Poopy Heads

Your turn!

Anonymous said...

V,

Just to show you how "tuned" in to the thread, and for that matter LGF Watch, I didn't even bother to read the caption - just the Sphinx retort...

But since you insist (speaking for you and the Sphinx):

ALL JEWS ARE PIGS AND MONKEYS!

That work? If not, try this one on for size:

Long Live the Jihad! Allahu Akbar!

V said...

Thanks for playing, Tex. However, your insinuation that both Sphinx or myself are jihad-sympathizing Jew-haters is libelous at best.

Your hysterical allegations, completely devoid of any rational factual basis, ultimately say a lot more about you than about either of us.

By all means, carry on with your ridiculous lies. But please do so elsewhere.

Anonymous said...

Tex, Stvip, either give quotes showing how Sphinx is a "hate-filled vile antisemite", or STFU.

Anonymous said...

LGF Slogan:

We're Doughy Illiterates - Pass the Cheetos.

Come to think of it, this slogan would really apply to your average winger in general.

Anonymous said...

v,

By all means, carry on with your ridiculous lies. But please do so elsewhere.

Libelous? LOL. Sorry, it's opinion - not contrary to fact. Do you define that as libelous? Just like your "opinion" of LGF? You libs; always able to dish. Can't say the same for the taking. To do it elsewhere insinuates you're important to me. You're not.

As for the anonymous comment down there telling me to sweetly STFU, post your name coward so that I may address you with a warranted response. What's wrong...think I might be capable of measuring you down to less than some 6 billion possibilities?

V said...

Ah. So when you attribute the sentiment "ALL JEWS ARE PIGS AND MONKEYS" to me, it's just a reflection of the way you feeeeel as opposed to an actual statement of fact.

Well, thanks for clearing that up.

Anonymous said...

Good old V.,

Ah. So when you attribute the sentiment "ALL JEWS ARE PIGS AND MONKEYS" to me, it's just a reflection of the way you feeeeel as opposed to an actual statement of fact.

No, there's a small difference about how I feel (based on emotion) versus what I believe (based on observation).

If it walks like a duck...

Lol, Tex. You are LGF in a nutshell. In any other forum on the Internet you would be identified as a bored troll immediately.
LGfers remind me of a cute little puppy - Lots of boundless energy, easy to excite, single-minded and tenacious.

They, on the other hand imagine themselves as a puppy imagines itself; as a ruthless, sabre-toothed, indispensable guard dog.

Except I'm not from LGF. Maybe a scared little troll - 'cept I'm brave enough to at least use an identifier of sorts.

You know what always tickles me about being labeled a chickenhawk?

I always wonder back when I was just a kid in about '79 and I decked one of those Iranian tough guy woman beaters for shoving my girlfriend to the floor. It screwed him up pretty good I understand and he unfortunately had to split the country soon thereafter. Too bad because I wanted to administer another beating for womanhood.

Just about got me kicked out of college. Fortunately, with the Ayatollah all the rage, wasn't much sympathy for the jihadi types back then.

I always wondered. Do you figure old wooly beard thinks me a chickenhawk?

But thanks for telling me I'm a sweet little puppy. In my house, puppies rate the bed.

V said...

OK, now we're getting somewhere.

Apparently you believe that I view Jews as the sons of pigs and monkeys. Based on what? Could you point out some evidence -- a blog post or comment written by me, perhaps -- that supports this belief of yours?

I'll save you the trouble: there is no such evidence, for the simple reason that I hold no such opinions about Jews. So I'm led to the inescapable conclusion that you simply made it up.

Let us suppose for a moment that you had a blog, and that an ideological foe of yours, in a fit of righteous indignation, posted a comment accusing you of being a cross-burning, hood-wearing Klansman -- even though you had never given any indication of being a cross-burning, hood-wearing Klansman.

Would you not question the motives, not to mention the sanity, of a person making such a claim? Would you, further, find it somewhat irksome to be called a cross-burning, hood-wearing Klansman on your very own blog? Would you not insist that this person either desist or apologize, or preferably both?

And finally, would you not ultimately decide that anyone calling you a cross-burning, hood-wearing Klansman was an idiot, deserving nothing but ridicule and contempt?

The Sphinx said...

Argh, V beat me to it. Just what I was about to write.

Surely you must have pulled the "observation" that I am bomb-maker, Jew hating frothing-at-the-mouth lunatic terrorist that aspires to make bombs out of somewhere.

And when I say "pulled out of somewhere", you should be able to guess what I'm implying.

Anonymous said...

Well V,

Lovely site you have here. Do you think me the idiot? I'm crushed. So you like analogies? Well, let's see if you got the nads to post this:

Assuming for a minute that I'm not formallly a Klansman, just the mayor and the sheriff of the town. But I just happen to run around with a Klansman who happens to go by the name of the Sphinx and he just happens to be my best friend.

Now the Sphinx bad mouths how he don't hate "n******, he just don't want them around." I'm not wearing the hood and have never ordered anyone out of town so by all rights and your definition, I'm completely innocent.

But the Sphinx is my best friend and with me being the mayor and the sheriff, I don't show much of record of condemning him either. In fact, I kind of just turn the other cheek.

So you being the objective, judicial reporter V, what are you going to think? Am I part of the Klan or aren't I?

Maybe you need to rethink the company you keep.

I humbly suggest that we simply smile at Tex when he contributes to these discussions. I don't think we'll convince him of anything, as his mind is already made up. So, instead of prolonging a pointless exchange, why not contribute a friendly smile to the world? Like this:

Actually, I must say, Sphinx is one of the most tolerant and accepting people I've yet met online. You folks are ridiculous. Sphinx is open-minded and if anyone can show me evidence of either him or V or anyone else here saying anything anti-Semitic I'd be quite surprised.

So many of you have picked an enemy out and dressed this enemy up in the exact clothes you may have read about on many sites, but it still comes as a shock that those not in agreement with any site from LGF to Jihad Watch don't fit this image? People here are not the enemy you have decided to hate, realize that and then I will perhaps really be shocked even if it is such a simple concept.

The Sphinx said...

And Tex, apparently first I'm a rabid American hater guy then I'm the sleeper cell d00d who plans to build bombs for the field he studies. Then I'm a filthy Arab. Then I'm a terrorist. Soon enough I'm just a terror enabler. Afterwards I'm suddenly a raging anti-Semite and a Nazi. Not too long later I'm a Jew-dissing "Death to America" chanter. And this time you use my name for describing a Klansman and a racist?

I'll just quote ChenZhen here: "You know, I wish you’d stop attributing positions to me that I have not taken."

Either that, or (and I won't be too implicit now) stop pulling stuff out of your arse that you can't even prove.

You don't make arguments or support accusations in a monkey cage. You simply rattle it and watch the animals fling. Tells you all you need to know. Plus buddy, you got more comments on this one thread than you've had in the last 16 weeks! Looks like you could use a friend.

Here's the typical "WATCH" thread. Sphinx, who obviously needs to get a girlfriend, leaves one of his Charlie J. boilerplated jewels with some anti-Muslim indictment. He runs thru 1,700 mundane posts to find those that might support him (and you accuse me of being a bore?). Then two or three of you nod your heads in agreement over several days. My gawd son, if that's your idea of a good time, it's no wonder your mind is warped.

Let's face a hard fact Legalize. I remember perusing thru LGF's comment section. When somebody screamed, "DON'T FEED the TROLL!", you knew right away it was from some "long-time poster" nobody liked who went to pieces when a new poster didn't parrot the Charlie Johnson meme. Bannings commenced...

I'm trying to give "V" a little credit here and allow it to show some bravery Charlie can't bring himself to do. Unless riding your bike downhill at breakneck speed is brave.

I'm amazed we're having this discussion after The Sphinxter explicitly declared "I loathe Zionism". The only way anti-Zionism does not translate into anti-Semitism is if the poster believes all nations of the world should be without nation-states. Singling out the Jewish people (a recurring theme with Sphinxter and asm) reeks of antisemitism. (if you're wondering, by the way, I'm one of those Israeli Zionist Jews you loathe so much). Then there's the constant casting of lies and exaggerations about Israel. Its status as land of the Jews being purely coincidential, I'm sure - no, no, you're merely concerned about the rights of the Palestinians. As long as you can blame Israel for (supposedly) harming them. Yet you won't be bothered speaking up about human rights violations against other Muslim/Arab people, predominantly done by other Muslim/Arab nations. Nor about the Palestinians when they are harmed by other such nations.

Then there's the whole issue of being a proud member of the Muslim Brotherhood. You never did explain what exactly you've adopted from their teachings. What are your positions on the movement leader, Mohammed Mahdi Akef? Top Imam Yusuf Qaradawi? Spiritual guide Qutb?
Need I go into specifics about their vile, hateful, extremist views?

What do you think of the Palestinian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas?
When you've donated money to the Muslim Brotherhood, have you checked whether some of it goes to activities in Palestine? Do you care of some of those activities include murder?

The Muslim Brotherhood espoused strong opinions on the following - what are yours? Homosexuality? Women rights? The Mohamed cartoons?

Have you ever given thought how people like you actually very much support LGF's claims of there being no moderate Muslims? Of anyone claiming to be one is merely a wolf in sheep's clothes?
I believe LGF and Charles can't see the forest for the trees in their analysis of politics, and cannot admit to themselves the blind hateful bigotry in which they engage. But really, you're just a mirror image of them. And you feed of each other - the existence of the other justifies, in your mind, your views and hate, and serves as a propaganda coup.

The Sphinx said...

"Then there's the constant casting of lies and exaggerations about Israel."

Funny that all these 'lies' and 'exaggerations' are actually what many hardline Zionists brag about, and try to justify in any way possible.
I have a major problem with a government that says it has a duty to house its citizens, and seeks to fulfill it by slowly expelling farmers and sheep herders from their lands, and building illegal settlements in places it shouldn't.
International law explicitly forbids it, as countless UN resolutions, but this doesn't count in the eyes of your government, that thinks its above all laws.

I'm sorry I'm standing for the very simple principle that stealing isn't ok.

You will probably fail in explaining why Israel - a country founded on the idea of the right to return after 2 Millenia - is denying people the right to return to their homes after 60 years, some of which still being alive today. It's just paradox, and I don't feel compelled to agree with it.

There have been grave mistakes done on the way, yet zionist politicians have failed to stop in their tracks, and correct these mistakes before it was too late.

I can go on, however the bottom line is: I don't believe that Zionism in its current form is serving Judaism in any way, and fanatic Zionists advocate principles completely contrary to Jewish teachings.

Real Judaism is about peace, zionism is not.

"Then there's the whole issue of being a proud member of the Muslim Brotherhood."

I've never been a member of any party. You're making things up.

"The Muslim Brotherhood espoused strong opinions on the following - what are yours? Homosexuality? Women rights? The Mohamed cartoons?"

Homosexuality - For all I care, whoever wants to be gay should do so, I just don't want anyone hitting on me.

Women rights - Women have the right to live, get an education, seek work, engage in trade, manage her own property, choose her own husband, file for divorce, inherit, and keep her belongings to herself.

These aren't my own ideas, but women's rights as laid down by Islam. Any questions?

Mohamed Cartoons - Ridiculous. Until this day I think it was a very stupid idea, and crossed the line of "freedom of insult" rather freedom of speech. I won't go burning flags or killing people, but I have a right to be offended, thank you very much.

You probably won't agree with me anyway, but tough luck. I'm also not going to be coerced into adopting your way of thinking, just as I couldn't care less about convincing you of mine.

"Yet you won't be bothered speaking up about human rights violations against other Muslim/Arab people, predominantly done by other Muslim/Arab nations. Nor about the Palestinians when they are harmed by other such nations."

You are aware that you don't know me in real life, right? And you are also aware that I have a major problem with my own government and its rabid corruption, no?

But it seems that you think you can choose what I said/didn't say as you please. If it doesn't suit you, I said nothing else. If it's not "anti-semitic" or "hateful", you decide that I never said it. That's how your logic appears to me.

See you in another thread.

Kiddo said...

stvip--I don't know, I've walked over to plenty of anti-war protesters and asked why they also have anti-Israel signs and pamphlets around, or Palestinian flags and such, and have been surprised to find myself defending Jews to people who turn out in many cases to BE Jewish. I've seen this plenty online as well, there are just a lot of anti-Zionist Jews out there. Even if there weren't, I don't think it's that anti-Semitic to oppose Zionism, although I've been so pro-Israel for long enough to not know much yet about the other angles on the issue (that I will admit).

Still, is it really the same as hating Jews? Ugh, this issue is going to destroy the world.

Sphinx,

May I ask an honest question? And seriously, I would like an honest answer if you would.

Why do invariably invoke the U.N. as some unbiased source when supporting the Palestinian cause? Everything the U.N. says and does says its a biased, feckless, Jew hating clan of whores.

You might as well invoke the Grand Mufti Haj Muhammed Amin al-Husseini to support your cause.

And why our American leadership continues to fund such a morally bankrupt entity is beyond me.

The Sphinx said...

After calling me an American hater, terrorist, and Jew hater, while I'm none of all that, I question your objective judgment of the UN.

Anyway, I'm leaning more to the ambivalent side when it comes to them, but I see no better alternative when it comes to actually bringing some progress into the peace process. Sadly all the small groups that are advocating peace on both sides of the conflict don't have enough momentum.

Maybe if there was an international and impartial body that contains representatives from all over the world, that work together to solve conflicts all around the world, and bring peace to war-torn areas, and .. Oh wait.. It's already been created as the UNO.

Why the UN isn't really that useless.

Not surprisingly, you sidestepped my question, which is quite simple: are the crimes committed by those UN peacekeepers representative of UN peacekeeping forces as a whole, or do they represent an aberration?

I skipped answering your question because the gist of it was so ignorant, I hardly thought it required a mention.

I assume you missed the word "significant", or the paragraph about this: "appears to be significant, wide-spread and ongoing," according to a confidential U.N. report that documents cases of pedophilia, prostitution and rape.

And this from that another bastion of conservatism called the Washington Post.

I assume you think Abu Ghraib "significant" since in your world pink panties on the head and naked pyramids equate to ongoing raping, forced prostitution, and pedophilia?

How many bad examples of very bad behavior on the part of the U.N. do you wish from me V? That is, before you might nod your incredibly confused mind in agreement that there might be an apparent lack of quality in judgment?

Should we start with the U.N. nominating the Sudan to the Human Rights Council? Or how about the blue helmets running during their last apparent peace keeping mission in Lebanon? Brave soldiers they are!

Tell you what V. Next Christmas, I am sure "Redacted" will be out on DVD. Send me your address and I'll buy you a copy so you can document the horrors of that damn imperialistic U.S.

I simply don't find you "as confused" as the rest of the regular Watch clan. In my opinion, you still don't really get it. However, I'm not worthy to be your judge so believe as you must. No doubt, I've got enough problems of my own to deal with just like everybody but one.

However, I don't believe bigotry to be the world's biggest problem. The inability to discern right from wrong, good from evil looms much larger.

Really, when you think about it Lex, the heart of man has changed little over history. "There is nothing new under the sun." We can all be as evil and nasty as we want but shouldn't be so vain to think we're unique. Solomon knew this and said as much. And he's far wiser than I am.

V,

Would you be so kind to let me leave a message her for Lex concerning an article on her site? One time only, I promise. I have no google account and password, nor do I wish one, but I wanted to ask Lex a question about a thread she posted. If so, thank you...

Lex,

I went over to your blog and noticed you are worried about the spread of MRSA?

Did you see this news recently?

I also happen to read one of your interests is virology. Is medicine your occupation or just an interest, if I may ask? The reason I ask is that medicine is my field; immunology and epidemiology my specific interests.
