Ahmadinejad Derangement Syndrome

Wow. Charles may be on the other side of the continent, but the whiff of Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's collar-less shirts in New York is enough to drive a lizard crazy!

CJ has so far put up 9 (NINE!) posts on Ahmadinejad's visit today, and counting. He's virtually frothing at the mouth that nobody has shot at Mr A yet. You have to wonder what Charles feels so threatened by. Doesn't he believe New Yorkers can make up their own mind about this guy?

As an aside, it's ironic how he describes a 55%-45% poll difference as "not much". Does he realize by how many votes Bush allegedly won the 2000 presidential election?

Well with mister I'm-a-dinner-jacket coming out with nasty evil stuff like this I'm not surprised Charles is frothing at the mouth.

I'd just like to say thank you to all the hyperventalating schmucks on the streets of New York yesterday who showed the world that the USA has the finest selection of nutjob wacko paranoiacs anywhere.

You really displayed to the world that their crude stereotypes of Americans may have some basis in fact.

Well done.

With cretin as a president and streets full of foaming maniacs, don't we look dandy!?

This event really solidified what I've suspected for some time now - wingers simply haven't the intellectual capacity to honestly and rationally refute ANYTHING. The President of Columbia completely dressed-down Ahmadinejad using sharp, direct, factual arguments. Ahmadinejad stood there blinking like a buffoon.

Meanwhile, the wingers run around barking with their hair on fire.

I think you should understand that Ahmedinajad is mutual enemy for both sides of US, you should not take your national security to a divided politics. whatever charles or others say, it is obvious the evil of Iran Mullahs, they started it back in 1979 and continue on it. there is no single reason why iran is against US all the time. so you call it derangement syndrome trying to make similarity to Bush, I think you should rethink yourself.
