He did pick up on it, and fortunately, the LGF crowd is angry that someone would do such a thing to a mosque. However, not everyone is too terribly upset, as noted through the multitude of deleted comments, and some smattering of selections below:

Just because it was probably aimed against followers of religion who use arson and terror when it suits them, doesn't make it ok.


I've heard many synagogues and Jewish community centers have to hire guards now to protect their members from potential SJS, like the kind that struck in Seattle, but you don't hear that mentioned much.


Even if it was targetted at Muslims, I still hope they catch the perps. (Bold is mine -Ed) Any fire can spread to other buildings, and arson could result in an injured fire fighter or resources stretched thin in case of an other emergency,

I somehow doubt this was a "hate crime". If it was even arson.

Sorry, but I now question all muslim complaints and accusations!

And Sphinx, before you get all worked up over nothing, take a look around- how many terror attacks are committed by Islamists, and how many are committed by other religions fanatics?

I'm neither Christian, Jewish, or Muslim, but I've read all of those religion's 'holy' books, and have found the Qu'ran to be the most vile... And coupled with the Sura/Hadith understandings, and the, ever-popular, present day fatwas, makes me think your religion might need a little update to coexist in this century...

.. leading me to believe that you haven't read it at all, but simply that famous copied-and-pasted list of severely misunderstood and ripped-out-of-context verses that probably every LGFer has a copy saved of.

You know what? I challenge you to prove your point. Quote your verses and show me that you're right. Go ahead, I'm waiting for it. You'll probably feel ashamed afterwards, but if you feel you're up to it then fire away.
