When Charles Johnson reports blogs about events in the real world, you can be sure he's only going to talk about half the story:
Schools opening in Baghdad, not schools being bombed.
Corrupt Democrats, not corrupt Republicans.
Media errors, not military errors.
For the past week or so CJ has been on the case of The New Republic and Scott Beauchamp, a soldier who apparently embellished some of his articles for the magazine.
The story is a feast for Wingnut dittoheads like Johnson, because in one fell swoop it neatly makes all bad news out of Iraq look like a lie.
Woe if anyone were to mention another series of reports from Iraq, in another 'leftie rag' (this time The Nation), which can't be so easily dismissed. Don't expect to read about it on LGF...

Thanks for the Nation link, even though it's highly disturbing. Imagine if that was done in your country..
When was the last time that LGF reported anything about Iraqi schools?
You don't seem to understand the gravity of this conflict.
Learn about Sharia Law... learn about the Caliphate...educate yourself about the 12th Imam.
Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD), which used to be deterrent, has now become the gateway to salvation for some of these "freedom fighters" that you gleefully apologize for.
May you learn from the mistakes of others.
Regards,
FQ Infidel
FQ Infidel,
you (and just about any LGFer) are the last people to educate people about Sharia Law, Islam, the Caliphate and Co. You can't tell me 10% about those things as much as I can tell you (I'm a Muslim by the way. And a proud one).
Regardless of that, you must have extremely good faith in Charles if you think he's telling you the whole truth. You'd be disappointed if you knew better (to put it lightly).
It's like a blind person telling everyone to open their eyes.
Oh good grief, FQ. I can do this lying down. Please try harder.
If you crave end-times fantasies and gateways to salvation theology go and read about the Rapture, Armageddon, the third temple, Revelation and the Antichrist.
Then go and read about how many powerful people in America want it all to happen in your lifetime.
It is YOU who does not understand the gravity of this conflict.

I agree that LGF presents only one viewpoint, or "half the story", however you left a gaping omission in this blog entry:
The media always covers military errors, but is frequently filled with inaccuracies that need to be corrected.
You stated yourself, LGF focuses on media errors above military errors. In other words, LGF focuses on areas that the main stream media does not.
Do you believe islam needs a reformation? It clearly has some issues dealing with non-muslims, do you not agree? If muslims don't realize this there's little hope for the PC west, they'll be first on the chopping block.
What is your view of the terrorist front group, CAIR? Do they speak for all muslims in this country?
And are you a muslim or an American first?
What is the arabic word for lying for the good or promoting islam? taqiyya I believe that's the word. How do you reconcile your religion with folks like Brigitte Gabriel, Walid Shoebat, Nonie Darwish, Ayaan Hirsi Ali and Irshad Manji? Do you dismiss them as infidels?
Are you intolerant of their views or do you think they have a right to critique islam and muslims?
Thanks, I'll just looking for answers
